嘴唇在顏面上，除了美觀之外功能亦是相當重要，當其有缺陷時，對重建手術醫師而言常是一大挑戰。臨床上，嘴唇的缺陷原因很多，包含有腫瘤切除、外傷、感染或先天性缺陷等，其中以腫瘤切除原因占最多數。於此我們回顧目前臨床上，常見被使用來重建嘴唇缺陷的局部皮瓣手術，依此做為日後手術時的選擇及參考。

The lips play an important role in lower face, not only its
characteristic aesthetic unit but also its complicated function in speech and
eating. When there are defects of lips, most result from tumor resection,
reconstruction is always a challenge for surgeon to attain good appearance and
function result. Hence, we review some common used local flaps to reconstruct
the lip defects and as guide when we encounter reconstruction of lip defects.
